Overview

ARIF GROUP develops and delivers government-funded health infrastructure across Africa and beyond - including national referral hospitals, district health centers, maternal and child health facilities, and rural clinic networks - built to national and international standards and designed to serve populations of thousands to millions.

Health infrastructure is the physical foundation of a functioning health system. Without adequately equipped, geographically accessible, and properly staffed health facilities, no public health program can achieve meaningful impact. ARIF GROUP designs and delivers facilities that serve as the backbone of national health systems - integrating cutting-edge medical technology, energy-efficient design, and community-centred layouts into buildings built to last.

Our flagship infrastructure engagement is the Addis Ababa Premier Specialised Hospital & Medical College in Bole, Ethiopia - a Level 5 integrated medical centre and training institution that represents one of East Africa's most ambitious healthcare infrastructure projects, designed to position Ethiopia as a regional healthcare leader and reduce medical tourism outflows that cost the country hundreds of millions annually.

ARIF GROUP works closely with ministries of health, multilateral health funders including the World Bank and African Development Bank, and international construction partners to deliver facilities that meet both clinical standards and fiscal accountability requirements - ensuring that every dollar invested in health infrastructure reaches patients as improved care.
