ARIF GROUP works in active partnership with the world's leading multilateral health organisations and development finance institutions - including WHO, USAID, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, GAVI, the Global Fund, and bilateral development agencies - to co-design, co-finance, and co-deliver health programs that achieve impact at a scale no single organisation could achieve alone.
Multilateral health partnerships are among the most complex and high-stakes engagements in international development. They require deep familiarity with the procurement rules, compliance frameworks, reporting requirements, and institutional cultures of organisations that each have their own distinct ways of working. ARIF GROUP has built this familiarity through years of direct engagement with these institutions across our health, infrastructure, and advisory practices.
Our multilateral partnerships practice supports both sides of these relationships - helping African governments navigate the requirements and access the resources of multilateral health institutions, and helping multilateral institutions identify credible, capable local implementation partners for their country programs. This two-sided facilitation role gives ARIF GROUP a unique position in the multilateral health ecosystem.
We have particular depth in USAID-funded health programs, having supported the design and implementation of comprehensive health systems strengthening initiatives in East Africa under USAID's global health strategy. We also maintain active engagement with the World Bank's health, nutrition, and population sector team, supporting both lending operation design and implementation support for World Bank-funded health projects across sub-Saharan Africa.
