US Utility-Scale Solar Projects — Arizona & Texas

Arizona & Texas, USA2022–2027$4.5B

Project Overview

ARIF GROUP has been engaged across a portfolio of utility-scale solar generation projects in Arizona and Texas — the two most productive solar irradiance states in the continental United States — working as a project finance advisor and capital facilitator alongside leading US independent power producers (IPPs) and renewable energy developers.

The portfolio includes solar arrays exceeding 250MW in individual capacity, paired battery energy storage systems (BESS) for dispatchable renewable delivery, and projects structured under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with utilities, municipalities, and corporate offtakers. Key project locations include the Sonoran Desert corridor in Arizona and the Permian Basin and West Texas plains.

ARIF GROUP's role spans capital introduction to institutional and international clean energy investors, tax equity structuring advisory, and government relations support for permitting and grid interconnection — leveraging its Washington, DC presence and existing relationships with FERC and DOE-adjacent stakeholders.

Key Outcomes
