Centennial Yards

Centennial Yards is Atlanta's most consequential urban development in a generation — a $5 billion transformation of the 40-acre downtown "Gulch" rail yard into a fully activated mixed-use neighbourhood. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, adjacent to State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the project has the potential to catalyse an entirely new district in one of the American South's most dynamic cities.

The masterplan envisions 12+ million square feet of development comprising approximately 1,000 hotel rooms across multiple properties, 1,000+ residential units, 500,000 sq ft of retail and entertainment, 2 million sq ft of Class A office space, and multiple cultural and public space activations.
